The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for students needing assistance with technology. Services include support for classroom and lab technology, email services, WiFi, computer software and support.

Running Start staff are available to meet with students in-person and remotely via Zoom or phone. Appointments can be scheduled via Starfish or by contacting us at nsccrstart@seattlecolleges.edu or (206) 934-7768.
Running Start offers drop-in sessions the week before the quarter begins; the first week of the quarter, and during the start of class registration periods. Please visit the Running Start website during those weeks for details.
Seattle Promise Retention Specialists are available to meet with students remotely via Zoom or phone.

The Student Leadership Board Supervisors are assisting student remotely through email and can make appointments via Zoom. The Student Media Center (SMC) offers hybrid media production services to all North students. The services include tools and assistance for presentations, posters/flyers, printing, scanning, basic recording, and media software.
Enrolled North students can check out media equipment for free, such as DSLR cameras, lenses, camcorders, tripods, and webcams. Workspaces, computers (PCs and iMacs), and free poster supplies are also available at the SMC.

The Workforce Education Office can help you enter or reenter the workforce through career training, financial aid assistance, job placement assistance, and academic planning.
Starting October 12, Workforce Education will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am - 2 pm, with limited staffing and by appointment only.
