If you’re not able to connect virtually, check out our in-person services this summer.  Starting June 29, in-person services are available on Tuesdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Due to the continued impact of COVID-19, the North Seattle College Bookstore will remain closed to the public until further notice. Textbook rental returns are available by mail, and textbooks can be ordered online. Learn more.

Counseling services are available during the summer quarter for enrolled students. There are no counselors on staff during quarter breaks. Disability Services will be assisting students by appointments via Zoom. Starting June 29 through August 16, eLearning will be open for students on Tuesdays from 10 am to 2 pm. eLearning is located in the Library building on the second floor. Please note, there is an external entrance at room #2237.
*eLearning will be closed on Tuesday, July 27.

eLearning provides:

  • Online and face-to-face Canvas Orientations, walk-ins to our office for Canvas questions 
  • Troubleshooting with college supported technologies, such as Canvas, Panopto, Zoom and tools used for instruction in Canvas

The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for students needing assistance with technology. Services include support for classroom and lab technology, email services, WiFi, computer software and support.

The Library and Student Media Center (SMC) are available by email, phone, Zoom, chat, and limited "curbside" service hours.  Connect with us.

During Summer Quarter, the Library will be available on Tues., Wed., and Thurs. from noon to 4 pm for on campus drop off/pick up.
Virtual reference assistance is available Mon. - Thurs. from 10 am to 6 pm.

ARRC (Admissions, Registration, Records and Credentials) is holding virtual assistance sessions via Zoom for the following areas: registration, transfer credit evaluation, transcript requests, and issues related to adding, dropping, and withdrawing. No RSVP or appointment required.

Running Start staff are available to assist you remotely! Seattle Promise Retention Specialists are available to meet with students by phone or Zoom. Individual appointments can be scheduled with Retention Specialists directly; contact information for Retention Specialists is available here.

The Student Media Center (SMC) is available by email, phone, Zoom, chat, and limited "curbside" service hours.

SMC offers limited media equipment lending services and virtual media production assistance including presentations, recording, and media software access/use.

During Summer Quarter, the SMC is available virtually from June 28 - August 19, Mon. - Thurs. 9 am to 5:30 pm.
