The North Seattle College Art Gallery fosters an appreciation of the visual arts while providing numerous art-based learning opportunities and supporting cultural and artistic diversity on campus. The gallery mounts new exhibitions each quarter with work by students, faculty members and local community artists.
The Gallery hosts seven shows per year: Five curated group shows on themes chosen annually by the college community, an annual North Seattle College Art student exhibition at the end of each Spring Quarter, and a Continuing Education Art Exhibition during Summer Quarter. The Licton Springs Review
The Licton Springs Review is North’s literary and art magazine, featuring poetry, short fiction, essays and art. It is published by the Literary Guild, a student club, the purpose of which is to provide opportunities for North's student writers and artists by sponsoring workshops and readings as well as publishing the Review in both print and online editions. You can earn independent study credit and gain publishing experience by working on the magazine.
