College in the High School

North Seattle College also offers an alternative to Running Start through the College in the High School (CHS) program, in which capable high school students take college-level courses while remaining at their high school. Credits appear on a North Seattle College transcript as well as on the student’s high school transcript. CHS courses are taught by selected high school teachers whose qualifications match those of typical North faculty members.
