The Roy Flores Wellness Center has training, exercise, and sports facilities available to students and members.
The free weight area features dumbbells ranging from 3lb-120lb, bar bells ranging from 10-140lbs as well as squat racks, bench press, and leg press machines.
Weight Machines and Cardio:
Along with a newly-updated full lineup of Body Master weight machines, the Center also features a variety of cardio equipment made by Precor; including treadmills, stairmaster, elliptical and cross trainers.
Indoor Track and Gym:
A suspended indoor track runs along the walls above the gymnasium floor. The 1/13th mile track has 360-degree views of the campus and is used for walking, jogging or performing any other type of dynamic exercises.
The air-conditioned gym is a regulation size court with added international basketball lines as well. The gym is also used for Volleyball leagues and can be set up to hold 1-2 Volleyball courts.
Two hardwood-floored fitness studios are home to a variety of drop-in fitness classes. The classes provide a fun and friendly environment to all individuals of varying fitness levels. All members are welcome to drop in on any classes of interest.
