Membership Information

Membership grants you access to all fitness facilities at North, including the weight room. You also get access to all drop-in classes, open gym activities, and ongoing health and fitness lectures.            

Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. 

North Seattle College Student Membership

Students enrolled in for-credit classes at North Seattle College have a membership at the Roy Flores Wellness Center. They pay their Wellness Fee as part of the Student Fees when paying for tuition. The fee is determined by how many credits a student is taking. They are charged $2.50 per credit, up to 10 credits ($25) maximum per quarter.

*SUMMER QUARTER ONLY:   
Students not enrolled for summer quarter, with proof of registration for fall quarter, will be asked to pay a $25 for fee to utilize the Wellness Center.

Locker Fee           

A locker rental is $10.00 per quarter. Please see locker policies under the “Policies” section.

Payment Options

You can sign up, pay your membership fees, and start the same day. No registration is required for fitness drop-in classes. 

Payments can be made by debit or credit card only at the Wellness Center front desk. Cash is not accepted. 

If needed, payments can still be made at the NSC Cashier’s Office. A Department Receipt from the Wellness Center front desk is required before paying at the Cashier’s Office. 

Payment Process

Students 
If you are an NSC student taking for-credit classes, the Wellness Fee is included in your tuition. No additional membership payment is required. 

Employees 
Employees have two payment options: 

  • Debit or credit card at the Wellness Center front desk, or
  • Payroll deduction (benefited employees only): Complete the Payroll Deduction Form and submit it to enroll.

Community Members 
Community Members have two payment options:

  • Pay by debit or credit card at the Wellness Center front desk, or
  • Pick up a Department Receipt at the front desk, pay at the NSC Cashier’s Office, and return your receipt to the front desk to activate your membership. 

*If paying at the Cashier’s Office, you must first pick up a Department Receipt from the Wellness Center front desk, complete payment at the Cashier’s Office, and return your receipt to the front desk to activate your membership.
