Items left in lockers at the Roy Flores Wellness Center are now available to be picked up. Please review and complete the required Campus Entry Procedures before coming to campus.  Your entry point will be the Security Office.  Please have photo ID available.  Items not picked up by July 9, 2020 will be donated to charity.  If you have questions, please contact Lorraine Odom at lorraine.odom@seattlecolleges.edu.

Full Body Fitness
Mondays 10:30 am

This fitness class uses a combination of body weight exercises designed to work the entire body.  Cardio vascular fitness, basic strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability will be emphasized.  No equipment necessary.  However, floor space and possibly a mat would be helpful. 


Ab Lab
Thursdays 2:30 pm

A 30 minute class designed to work your core, using a variety of exercises to train core stability, activation, dynamic movement, and functionality.


Yoga
Tuesdays 9:00 am 

This 50 minute yoga class will include yoga postures to reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and hips, build strength and improve balance.  There will be plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.  This class also includes breath and mindfulness practices to reduce stress and increase resilience and will always end with deep relaxation.


Yoga/Meditation
Wednesdays 12:00 pm

In this drop-in class we will sample various meditation techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and connect to inner peace.  We will periodically take breaks, to stretch and check in.  Beginners welcome!
