Enrollment, Advising & Financial Aid Virtual Assistance
Can’t make it to campus? Join a virtual student services session and meet with staff from Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Services, and Financial Aid.

New Drop-Ins are accepted until 10 minutes before the session ends.
What to expect:
- After clicking the Zoom link, you will be placed in the Waiting Room as other students are working with staff in the Main Room. We appreciate your patience, especially during peak traffic times throughout the quarter.
- Once you are moved into the Main Room and greeted by the Host, share your ctcLink ID number and ask your questions. You will either be moved to the appropriate breakout room or placed in a queue if there are other students ahead of you.
- If you need to see multiple departments, remember to return to the Main Room when you’re finished, and the Host will let you know when the next available department is ready to see you.

The Student Media Center (SMC) offers media production resources for ALL North students. The SMC services include tools and assistance for presentations, posters/flyers, printing, scanning, laminating, basic recording, and media software including Adobe Suite.
Enrolled North students can also borrow media equipment for their academic projects for free, such as DSLR cameras, microphones, and webcams. The SMC also offers media studios, including PCs and MACs, audio mixers, a space for recording as well as backdrops and lighting for photography.
