What is I-BEST?
In I-BEST (Integrated Basic Education Skills Training), you will work with two teachers in the classroom.
- One teacher will provide specific job training (for college credit).
- The other teacher will help you get college-ready in reading, writing, math, or English language.
When two teachers team-teach together, you learn new skills more quickly.
Dual Credit: In some cases, you can earn high school and college credits at the same time.
Tuition: Students may qualify for financial aid from Workforce Education or other state and federal financial aid to pay for the college-level tuition/fees and textbooks.
