Meet Your Faculty Development Coordinator Danielle Blackman

I am so excited to begin working as the new Faculty Development Coordinator. I have been teaching English at North Seattle College since 2008. I have a BA in Creative Writing from Florida State University and an MFA in fiction from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I publish fiction and creative nonfiction. I enjoy reading and writing, working in my yard, collecting and selling vintage, and spending time with my child.

This team meets throughout each quarter to plan the Pathways to Teaching Excellence Program. Pathways is a quarterly professional development program for faculty.
