Summer Virtual Advising Hours of Operation

- Advisors are not typically available on Tuesdays, 8:15-10:00 AM, due to weekly staff meetings.
Please note that Advising help is for most college transfer and professional/technical degrees and certificates. International Programs, Running Start, Seattle Promise, Watch Technology, ESL, ABE/High School Completion, Early Childhood Education, and BAS program students should connect directly with their advisors through these departments.
Counseling services are available during the summer quarter for enrolled students. There are no counselors on staff during quarter breaks. To schedule an appointment, fill out this counseling request form here. Once your information is received, a staff with contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your appointment. For life-threatening situations, call 911. You can reach the Seattle/King County Community Crisis Clinic 24-hour community crisis line at (206) 461-3222 or crisisclinic.org.
Disability Services will be assisting students by appointments via Zoom. For questions or to schedule an online appointment, email DS@seattlecolleges.edu or the DS Director Josef Mogharreban at Josef.Mogharreban@seattlecolleges.edu. Starting June 29 through August 16, eLearning will be open for students on Tuesdays from 10 am to 2 pm. eLearning is located in the Library building on the second floor. Please note, there is an external entrance at room #2237.

The International Programs Admissions Office is available for international applicants to Seattle Colleges. Please contact Admissions at the email above, or visit the International Programs website for Admissions information: https://intl.seattlecolleges.edu/admissions.
During remote operations, the International Programs Division continues to provide services to international students enrolled at Seattle Colleges.
To contact the International Programs Office at North please email or call us directly. If you call and we are unable to answer the phone, leave a detailed voice mail message with your name contact information and we will return your call.
Advising Appointments: Advisors are available to you via both phone and Zoom video appointments during our regular office hours. Schedule an appointment with your primary advisor through Starfish, or contact your advisor directly by email (a link to your advisor’s email is in the table below).

The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for students needing assistance with technology. Services include support for classroom and lab technology, email services, WiFi, computer software and support.
During Summer Quarter, the Library will be available on Tues., Wed., and Thurs. from noon to 4 pm for on campus drop off/pick up.
Virtual reference assistance is available Mon. - Thurs. from 10 am to 6 pm.
ARRC (Admissions, Registration, Records and Credentials) is virtual assistance sessions via Zoom for the following areas: registration, transfer credit evaluation, transcript requests, and issues related to adding, dropping, and withdrawing. No RSVP or appointment required.
International students are encouraged to reach out to IPAdmissions@seattlecolleges.edu for assistance.

We are accepting new student applications for fall quarter. New students will receive details on how to access the online orientations via email. Please visit our website for more information about our program and how to apply.
Seattle Promise Retention Specialists are available to meet with students by phone or Zoom. Individual appointments can be scheduled with Retention Specialists directly; contact information for Retention Specialists is available here.
Retention Specialists will also be on campus for in-person appointments 10am – 2pm on July 27; August 3; August 10; August 17; August 24; August 31; September 7.
The Student Leadership Board Supervisors are assisting student remotely through email and can make appointments via Zoom. Students can contact the different Boards through our website at northseattle.edu/student-life. You can also email the Dean of Student Life directly at email@example.com.
SMC offers limited media equipment lending services and virtual media production assistance including presentations, recording, and media software access/use.
During Summer Quarter, the SMC is available virtually from June 28 - August 19, Mon. - Thurs. 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Equipment pick-up hours are available by appointment: July 1 through August 17, Tues. & Thurs. noon to 4 pm.
The Workforce Education Office can help you enter or reenter the workforce through career training, financial aid assistance, job placement assistance and academic planning.
