Intramural Sports at NSC

The Roy Flores Wellness Center is excited to announce its upcoming Intramural Program, designed to promote wellness, community, and fun through sports and recreational activities. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this program offers a great way to stay active and meet new people.   
Programs are open to current North Seattle College students. Participants can sign up for each sport utilizing the links provided.

How to sign up using IM Leagues 

IM Leagues Guide to the App

  1. Download the IM Leagues App- there is no cost to do this.
  2. Select “Seattle Colleges” as the School/Organization 
    - If you are a new user, you will have to first set up a profile and then sign up for the league. You must use your Seattle Colleges student email to create a profile and sign up for a league.
  3. Log in with your Seattle Colleges email and password. It’ll bring you the home page, which is where your active teams will show up.
    1. If you want to join a team, you can click the orange “find and join a team” button.
    2. This will bring up a search/filter function. Click the filter in the top right corner.
  4. Then choose all schools drop down - it will give you the choice of Seattle colleges, select that, and then hit submit.
  5. Select Seattle Colleges
  6. Then hit the blue submit button.
  7. This will bring you to a list of the current teams
  8. Click on the team you want to join, and it will bring up their current roster.
    1. Click on the green “join team” button in the top right corner.
  9. If you want to set up your own team, navigate back to the home page, and click on the three lines in the upper left corner.
  10. This will bring you to a menu. Select Seattle Colleges
  11. This will bring you to the Seattle Colleges page, with all the current leagues. Click on the Open league.
  12. The next page you can decide to create a team or join as a free agent. If you select free agent, you will randomly be assigned to a team when the league starts.
