The Wellness Center will be CLOSED during the Winter Break, from 12/18/25 - 1/04/2026. We will return to regular operation on the first day of Winter Quarter Monday, January 5th.
Intramural Sports at NSC
The Roy Flores Wellness Center is excited to announce its upcoming Intramural Program, designed to promote wellness, community, and fun through sports and recreational activities. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this program offers a great way to stay active and meet new people.
Programs are open to current North Seattle College students. Participants can sign up for each sport utilizing the links provided.
Basketball League Winter 2026

The LAST day to register is 1/23/2026.
You can sign up as a team or a free agent. If a team is filled, please sign up as a free agent and then you will be assigned to a team.
Mandatory: Seattle Colleges Basketball Intramural League Meeting (At North)
Before the basketball intramural league begins, all participants are required to meet with Marle Ethelbah, the Recreation and Athletics Specialist at North, to review league expectations, rules, and the player agreement form. Attendance at one of the sessions below is mandatory in order to participate in the league.Please plan to attend one of the following meeting times:
- Friday, January 23rd: 9:30 AM or 2:00 PM
- Tuesday, January 27th: 8:30 AM or 1:00 PM
If you are unavailable during all of these sessions, you must email me directly to schedule an alternate time to review the player agreement with me.
As a reminder:
- All players must be current Seattle Colleges students to participate in the intramural league.
- Intramural sports are inclusive and open to all skill levels. This league is intended to be a community-building space where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported.
- Important communications about the league are sent to the email you registered on IM Leagues with. Please make sure you are regularly checking your email.
Welcome to the Seattle Colleges Basketball League
The league will run from 1/30/20206 with a final game on 3/13/2026
Location: Will rotate between North, Central and South.
Get ready for a fun and competitive basketball experience! The Seattle Colleges Intramural Basketball League is a great way for current Seattle College students to get active, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to have some fun, this league is designed to be both structured and enjoyable for all skill levels.
Registration is required to participate, so be sure to sign up to reserve your spot. This league is open only to current Seattle College students, so grab your friends or sign up individually to join a team!

How to sign up using IM Leagues
IM Leagues Guide to the App
- Download the IM Leagues App- there is no cost to do this.
- Select “Seattle Colleges” as the School/Organization
- If you are a new user, you will have to first set up a profile and then sign up for the league. You must use your Seattle Colleges student email to create a profile and sign up for a league. - Log in with your Seattle Colleges email and password. It’ll bring you the home page, which is where your active teams will show up.
- If you want to join a team, you can click the orange “find and join a team” button.
- This will bring up a search/filter function. Click the filter in the top right corner.
- Then choose all schools drop down - it will give you the choice of Seattle colleges, select that, and then hit submit.
- Select Seattle Colleges
- Then hit the blue submit button.
- This will bring you to a list of the current teams
- Click on the team you want to join, and it will bring up their current roster.
- Click on the green “join team” button in the top right corner.
- If you want to set up your own team, navigate back to the home page, and click on the three lines in the upper left corner.
- This will bring you to a menu. Select Seattle Colleges
- This will bring you to the Seattle Colleges page, with all the current leagues. Click on the Open league.
- The next page you can decide to create a team or join as a free agent. If you select free agent, you will randomly be assigned to a team when the league starts.
