President's Cabinet
Purpose of the Cabinet
The Cabinet serves two primary functions:
- Advisory Role
Cabinet members provide strategic counsel to the president on key issues within their respective divisions. This includes offering expert insights, shaping NSC programs and services, and keeping the president informed about developments in instruction, student affairs, and administrative operations. - Administrative Leadership
Each Cabinet member oversees a functional area, managing its operations and ensuring alignment with district policies and procedures. Through coordination and collaboration, Cabinet members work collectively to advance NSC’s mission and drive institutional impact.
