Mail Room Assistant 

Description:

This position will be responsible for receiving, deliveries from varios shipping agencies,sorting packages, and delivering mail to campus departments and personnel. The mail room assistant will maintain a clean and safe loading dock,coordinate pickup of outgoing shipments,provide customer service to staff and faculty,perform general office/fron counther duties,such as answering inquires ( in person and via email),answering incoming calls,and all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service.
  • SomeEnglish skills. 
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Outlook.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of faculty,students,staff,and visitors.
