North’s Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Real Estate offers you a broad base of knowledge and training in brokerage management, property management, appraisal, commercial and residential real estate sales, real estate finance, real estate investment, title insurance and/or escrow, and the rapidly growing field of green real estate.

As you progress toward your degree, you can acquire a range of certificates in the specialties of your choice.

Courses satisfy industry/state continuing education requirements and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to pass the Washington state licensing exam.

Convenient, Dynamic Classes
