Program Learning Outcomes

Program Learning Outcomes detail the knowledge, skills and abilities that you as a student will demonstrate upon successful completion of your program.

Accounting AAS

1. Collect, prepare, analyze, and interpret financial information to produce financial reports and schedules.

2. Design and use models to make critical decisions, and arrive at valid and reliable conclusions using quantitative data appropriately.

3. Describe and follow GAAP and government regulations, including taxation.

4. Demonstrate technological proficiency in accounting software, bank reconciliations, journals, and ledgers.
