Admissions
Applications are accepted for the Fall cohort (a group of students progressing through the program together). Applications received by March 15 receive priority consideration. After the March 15 priority deadline, applications are reviewed monthly until July, then reviews occur every two weeks until the cohort is full or two weeks prior to the start of the new quarter.
You are welcome to apply at any time, but remember there are only 30 spots in the cohort, so late applications will be accepted as space is available. Apply online before all spots are filled.
Requirements for Admissions
A Business, Accounting and/or Real Estate offer the best preparation for the AIA B.A.S. degree. AAS-T (Associate of Applied Science – Transfer) offers the best preparation for the Accounting, with International Accounting (AIA) B.A.S. degree. However, the Associate of Business DTA (Direct Transfer Agreement) is an exceptional option as well. Any two-year degree or 75+ college credits earned with a 2.0 or better GPA, plus the prerequisites will meet our eligibility requirements.
If you have completed most, but not all, of the prerequisites, you can still explore starting the program this fall. Consideration may be given to applicants who have the majority of their prerequisites completed. Contact the B.A.S. program advisor to see if you are eligible to apply.
Program Application Required
There are just 30 spaces available in the AIA B.A.S. program each year. The program is open to students who meet our eligibility criteria, including 75+ college credits, GPA of 2.0 or higher, and program prerequisites. North expects that the number of qualified applicants will exceed the number of available enrollment spaces, so please apply early.
