Need a photo, the official college logo, branding guidelines or a photo release form for North Seattle College? This page is your one-stop shop for employee resources for marketing and communications. Employees can also request services, such as help promoting an event, a program and other content on the digital screens, street reader boards, website and/or social media.

Digital Signage Request
There are two portions of information fed to the digital screens.
- To request for an image or file to be displayed on the digital screens, submit your file with event or info here.
- To have information show up as text on the right hand side of the screen, please email rakhee.phelps@seattlecolleges.edu.
Graphic Design Request
If you have graphic design needs, such as requesting a brochure or flyer for your program or department, please e-mail michael.sprouse@seattlecolleges.edu.
North News Briefs (Newsletter to campus)
If you have news you would like to share with the North Seattle College community, please send it to northcommunications@seattlecolleges.edu. The content submission deadline is the last day of the month. Please try to keep your submission to 150 words or less. - Please use the Pacific Tree Frog mascot logo for school spirit swag, current student events, and internal communication. Do not alter the logo.
- Please continue to use the North Seattle College logo as the primary logo for advertising, professionally printed materials, and promotional items distributed off campus.
Photo and Interview Release Forms
If you are photographing students on campus, you must have the student sign a Photo/Interview Release Form stating that they give permission to be photographed. Download the form here.
