The Launch Pad: One-Stop Center provides comprehensive support for new students and students restarting their academic journey at North Seattle College. Our mission is to ensure that students can identify and access key campus resources for academic, financial, and personal support. Through relationship building, direct referrals, and holistic guidance, we are dedicated to meeting students where they are, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment that empowers students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Through ongoing collaboration and interaction with One-Stop Enrollment Coach:
- Students will be able to identify key campus resources available for academic, financial, and personal support.
- Students will form connections with resource staff within the college.
- Students will develop the ability to navigate online systems for an effective virtual learning experience.
- Students will reflect on their experiences and identify areas for improvement in their engagement with campus resources and academic progress.
- Students will demonstrate a commitment to persist with respect to their personal academic goals at North Seattle College.

Enrollment Coaches provide clear, step-by-step guidance to help students navigate the enrollment process. By breaking down each stage, Enrollment Coaches ensure students understand the steps needed to successfully complete enrollment and begin their educational journey.

Enrollment Coaches assist students in planning around important enrollment dates and deadlines. By providing a timeline, enrollment Coaches ensure students are well-prepared to meet critical deadlines and avoid delays in starting their programs.
Admission Application Guidance
Enrollment coaches can provide step-by-step support throughout the application process. This includes understanding requirements and meeting deadlines to ensure a successful application in a timely manner.

Connection to additional campus resources based on individual needs
Enrollment Coaches can help students connect with additional campus resources tailored to their individual needs. Whether it's financial aid, academic advising, tutoring, disability support, or career services, they guide students to the right departments and programs. This personalized approach ensures that students have access to the resources necessary for a successful start and ongoing support throughout their academic journey.
