The Business Technology Management (BTM) program equips students to thrive where business, technology and data converge. Students will gain expertise to lead digital transformation, optimize operations, and make informed data-driven decisions in today’s dynamic and global marketplace.
Students earning the BTM certificate will be able to apply technology to solve business problems and implement process improvements.
Business Technology Management Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS)
Two-year degree for students who want to start a career immediately after graduation.

Business Technology Management Associate of Applied Science - Transfer Degree (AAS-T)
Two-year, job-training degrees that prepare students for immediate employment. Students take additional general education electives, making this a good option if you intend to transfer to a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree program or may attend a university in the future to earn a bachelor’s degree.

Business Technology Management Certificate
Certificate programs provide students with a set of skills to find a job or stay current in a profession. Many certificates are designed to build on top of each other and eventually lead to a longer-term certificate or degree. These are called “stackable” certificates.
- Credits to complete: 46.0
- Two-degree options: AAS and AAS-T pathways

BTM graduates are prepared for positions related, but not limited to:
- Business Data Analyst
- Technology Project Coordinator
- Office Operations Manager
- Business Systems Support Specialist
- IT-enabled Customer Support Specialist
- Completion of college-level English and Math
- Readiness for transfer-level coursework (for AAS-T students only)
- An interest in applying technology to improve business solutions
