Front Desk Attendant

Description:

  • Provide customer service to students and individuals that come to the Workforce Office.
  • Check students in by having them fill out the sign-insheet.
  • Triage students to the right speciliast or staff member.
  • Assist students with application or Quarterly Enrollment Forms.
  • Connect students to the appropriate department ( if needed)
  • Assist with hanging and creating Workforce Education Flyers/marketing material
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Educational Benefit:

  • Learn or build customer service skills and get a better understanding of resources on campus.
  • Administrative skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer Service & Administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of NSC campus and its services
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Possess basic computer,phone,and communication skills.
  • Tuesday availability from 1pm-4pm, other hours are flexible.
