Tobacco-free Campus

The North Seattle College campus becomes tobacco- and smoke-free effective Fall Quarter 2015.

The college is committed to sustaining a healthy, safe and caring community. This new charter promotes a safe and healthy educational and work environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Under the new charter, use or sale of tobacco products is prohibited on and within all North Seattle College property, including parking lots, landscaped areas, recreational areas and buildings.

"Tobacco products" includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookah, all forms of smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes, clove cigarettes and other alternative products made primarily from tobacco.
