Earn Real Estate Degree & Specialty Certificates Along the Way
When the real estate market slows down, it’s a good time to get your education and be prepared for the next opportunity. North’s Real Estate Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree program gets you ready for the real estate field with a broad base of knowledge and training — including brokerage management, property management, appraisal, commercial and residential real estate sales, loan origination and processing, real estate investment, title insurance and/or escrow, and green real estate.
North’s Real Estate program has been approved to prepare students for the Washington state real estate licensing exam since the 1970s. All classes satisfy Washington State Department of Licensing continuing education requirements.
As you progress toward your degree, you can acquire certificates in the specialties of your choice: Basic Sales, Advanced Sales, Real Estate Investment and Commercial Sales, Real Estate Finance, Escrow, Appraiser Trainee, Property Management, and Green Real Estate.
