What is Capital Projects?
It refers to all construction, renovation, improvement, fabrication, and customization projects where capital costs are greater than or equal to $90,000.00, and non-operating repairs and maintenance funded by long-term maintenance state reserves. Which includes: new construction; renovations and additions to existing structures; improvements that correct inadequacies, extend the life, or change the use of existing space or systems.

What is a new or additional space?
Request for New or Additional Space Form Looking for another room? Use this form. Anytime you may have additional, or new staff to house or you are going to reconfigure location of existing staff; expanding or changing lobby area, or meeting room, conference rooms.
What is Alterations and Improvements?
Looking for another room? Use this form. Any modification to an existing space of any size. i.e. adding a wall, putting in a door or window, adding a cabinet, rerouting traffic flow, furniture, adding light fixtures, air flow changes. What is a move?
Use this form to request modifications or alterations to the physical space. After the new or additional space request has been approved or the alterations or improvement has been completed, you can use the move request form to request help to occupy your completed space.
