What is the most valuable thing that you have learned from your education that you would share with students? You belong here. We are all bearers of knowledge, storytellers, mathematicians, scientists, artists, and neurodiverse lifelong learners. And navigating higher education takes a team; let us be on yours. Ask questions, take advantage of the resources available, and get involved.

What is your favorite hobby? Connecting with the natural world. I have a small backyard urban farm, I spend as much time as possible out on Hood Canal in the woods and on the beach, and I have extensive experience in outdoor education and environmental restoration. Environmental Studies/Science students, come talk to me!

Ask me about: the transfer admissions process (and NCAA volleyball).

Education: Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.), Antioch University; focused on culturally sustaining pedagogy for experiential/outdoor learning. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography, University of Washington; focused on spatial implications of systems of power.
