Science Lab Assistant
Description:
Assist lab personnel in routine laboratory operations, such as media and buffer preparation, glassware washing and preparation, setting up labs for lab classes, inventory maintenance, restocking, decontamination, laboratory waste management, and administrative duties
Educational Benefit:
Students will gain in depth knowledge of laboratory best practices and valuable experience working with setting up lab experiments, preparing chemical solutions and working with scientific lab equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should have coursework in a hard science, computer science, environmental studies, occupational health, or related fields. Previous laboratory experience preferred.
