- 1. Complete the Degree/Certificate Graduation Application or Short Term Certificate Completion Application. Printed copies of these forms are also available in the publications racks in Advising.
- 2. See your advisor. If you are completing one of the Health and Human Services programs or the Watch Technology program, see your faculty coordinator. Applications must be signed by both student and faculty coordinator/advisor and a current Degree Audit attached.
- 3. Your advisor or faculty coordinator will submit your application to the ARRC Office for official review. Evaluations of graduation applications begin after grades have been posted to student transcripts. You will receive notification alerting you that the application has been received. You will only be contacted during the evaluation if there are questions. Allow up to eight weeks after final grades are posted for degrees and certificates to be posted and sent to your current address.
Using the online transcript service, you will be able to see when your degree or certificate has been posted. These notations appear at the bottom of the transcript.
- 4. Update your contact information to ensure that you receive your notification and diploma.
