The 2020 Commencement ceremony will be held at T-Mobile Park on Thursday, June 25. The start time and schedule is TBD.
Once you arrive, you can get your bearings, get a bite to eat, have your headshot taken, and just enjoy your remaining moments as a student!

The Seattle Mariners transportation page shows the various ways to get to and places to park at or near T-Mobile Park. Note that if you choose to park at T-Mobile Park (formerly known as Safeco Field), the fee is $10 on Commencement Day.
Additionally, the Seattle Central College parking garage will have free parking available for students and employees on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you take Link light rail, you may park at the University of Washington parking lot E12. A $3 per hour fee will apply to those who park before 4:30 p.m. After 4:30 p.m., a flat rate of $5 will be charged for parking.
Fortunately, there are several transportation options to get to T-Mobile Park. Attendees may use the public bus system (King County Metro or Sound Transit buses), or Link Light Rail. Ride sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are also available.
You may bring as many friends and family members as you’d like to see you walk across the stage!
Your guests are welcome to take photographs from their seats at any time during the ceremony. Congratulations! You will soon be a Seattle Colleges alum! Please share your success with Seattle Colleges on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using #SeattleCollegesAlum or #SeattleCollegesGrad20.
Yes. Professional photographers will be at the ceremony and photos will be available for purchase shortly after the ceremony.
GradImages, our official commencement photographer, will be on hand to capture the ceremony and your moment on stage.
GradImages will have a photographer on the concourse from 3 - 4:30 p.m. for professional headshots.
Proofs will be sent via email and mailed to your home address. If you have questions regarding your proofs, contact GradImages Customer Service Department at (800) 261-2576 or email them at email@example.com.
Day care is not available. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The ceremony will be approximately two and a half to three hours.
Yes. Graduates will have their names read as they cross the stage.
Yes. Actual degrees or certificates are not distributed at the commencement ceremony. Instead, they are mailed to graduates after final grades for the graduating quarter are posted. Students who complete their requirements at the end of spring quarter will be mailed their awards in August.
