While you wait for your official evaluation to be completed, you can still take action toward your next steps using your unofficial transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are usually available through your previous college at no charge.
Think you may be close to graduation?
Meet with an academic advisor to review your unofficial transcripts. You may even submit your graduation application in the same appointment! If you have an official evaluation pending, be sure to let your advisor know.
Want to know what classes you should register for?
Based on your previously taken courses at another college, an academic advisor or faculty coordinator can assist you with your Ed Plan by reviewing your unofficial transcripts. Academic advisors and faculty can also give you course entry codes for registration based on your unofficial transcripts, if you qualify.
Worried about Financial Aid?
Financial Aid works closely with the Credentials office and is always aware of our current timelines. If you are concerned about your funding status based on a pending credit evaluation, please speak directly with Financial Aid for options available to you.
When your evaluation is complete, you will receive an email from the evaluator, sent to the email address that the college has on file for you. The email will include a direct link to your Degree Audit, where you can view the results. The Degree Audit Notes tab will also have additional information about your evaluation results.
