Student Services Contact Information

From Apr. 4, student-facing services are offered in-person Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Additionally, beginning Apr. 4, extended virtual student services including Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid and Registration, are available until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Academic Advising

Academic Advisors are providing one-on-one advising to students remotely via Zoom, phone, and email. Steps for scheduling appointments and finding the Zoom drop-in advising schedule is available on the scheduling page. Students can email their assigned advisor directly or send general questions through the contact form. Admissions, Registration, Records, and Credentials (ARRC)

ARRC staff will be assisting students remotely via email, Zoom, and phone. Students can contact each department with any questions and requests through webpages and emails listed below. Please provide your full name, ctcLink ID, and details regarding your inquiry.


The North Seattle College bookstore is currently closed until further notice. Orders for course materials and merchandise are accepted online.

Career Services

Financial Aid

Financial Aid staff are currently assisting students remotely via phone, email, and zoom/online appointments. International Programs

Library Virtual Services

The Library at North Seattle College supports your research and instruction needs even when the campus is closed. We offer a variety of online tools and services ranging from digital materials to information literacy instruction to individual research support. See what is available here.
