North Seattle College offers a vibrant and culturally rich campus experience. With more than 43 countries represented by our student population and 30-plus clubs and organizations for you to participate in, North offers something for everyone.
As a student, you can participate in Student Leadership and help plan a variety of arts, lecture and community events that occur on campus every quarter. Students can also get involved in student government through the Student Administrative Council, which offers paid leadership positions. Can’t find a club you like? Just start your own!
Get involved through the local chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, an honors and service organization with projects such as North’s community garden (the P-Patch), promoting North at high schools and helping local food banks.
While on campus, enjoy a latté or meal at North’s favorite student gathering spot, The Grove, in the Health Sciences and Student Resources Building. Visit a drop-in class or work out at the Roy Flores Wellness Center, which features a strength and conditioning room, running track, and gym.
Find more than just textbooks at North’s Bookstore, which also sells college apparel, supplies, and gifts. You can also entrust your child to North’s own Child Care Center or find resources and confidential support at North’s Gender Equity Resource Center.
Missing the arts? North’s Art Gallery features student, employee and community art. And don’t miss the annual Licton Springs Review. The review showcases poetry, essays, photography and more.
North’s campus has ample parking and a quiet suburban feel right in your neighborhood—adjacent to North’s own wetlands, the P-Patch and Greenlake Park just a few blocks away—but also with easy access to Northgate Mall, Metro bus service, and a 15-minute drive to downtown.
